[Sterling, Virginia] — December 8, 2025 — BringCom announced that CEO Fabrice Langreney has been honored with the Patriot Award for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a program recognizing supervisors and companies that provide support to their employees serving in the National Guard or Reserve.
The Patriot Award is nominated by a service member or their spouse and highlights leaders who make a meaningful difference in enabling Reserve Component members to succeed both in uniform and in their civilian careers.
BringCom employee Maurice Artis, who serves in the Army Reserve, nominated Langreney in recognition of his ongoing support, including a workplace culture that respects military commitments and empowers employees to serve without sacrificing professional growth.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my country and honored to work for a company that proudly supports our service members,” said Maurice Artis, Army Reserve member and BringCom employee.
Langreney accepted the award on December 3rd and emphasized BringCom’s commitment to service members and their families.
“I am very grateful to receive the Patriot Award,” said Fabrice Langreney, CEO of BringCom. “This recognition means a lot to our organization because it shows our support to the men and women who serve our nation. Maurice’s dedication and sacrifice is inspiring, and I will continue to ensure that BringCom remains a workplace that respects and supports your service in the Army reserve.”
ESGR awards underscore the critical role civilian employers play in national readiness. The Patriot Award specifically recognizes actions such as flexible scheduling during training, time off for deployments, and sustained encouragement for service members and their families.
BringCom is proud to stand with Maurice Artis and all employees who serve, and the company remains committed to fostering a workplace where military service is respected and supported.
