March 15, 2024, Sterling, VA – BringCom Incorporated, a leading provider of connectivity solutions in Africa, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Telesat (Nasdaq and TSX: TSAT), one of the world’s largest and most innovative satellite operators.
The MOU, effective as of January 2024, sets the stage for a strategic collaboration between BringCom and Telesat to integrate high-throughput, low latency satellite connectivity provided by Telesat Lightspeed into BringCom’s value-added network in Africa. In return, Telesat will evaluate landing station and/or PoP hardware, terrestrial connectivity, and site hosting and management services within the African continent from BringCom.
