BringCom Microwave Solutions Division consists of over 50+ years of experience and expertise.

BringCom specializes in providing end-to-end microwave solutions in areas which lack sufficient telecommunications infrastructure or diverse telecommunications paths for mission critical Government and commercial facilities. The BringCom solution includes individualized Engineering & Design, Turn-up & Testing and Operations & Maintenance support.

Engineering & Design

BringCom's microwave solutions begin with quality engineering. BringCom provides complete engineering services that serve as the blueprint for the installation. BringCom's engineering process includes everything from:

• site surveys
• detailed specifications
• material lists
• file and maintain microwave frequencies
• identify, obtain and maintain repeater sites
• identify, file and maintain all necessary zoning requirements
• growth and capacity management

Turn-Up & Testing

After installation, BringCom activates and test the customer's dedicated microwave system. BringCom is experienced in acceptance test procedures, circuit provisioning and commission for numerous systems.

Operations & Maintenance

Included in BringCom's monthly capacity lease price is continued technical support and maintenance. Service includes system alarms, network telemetry management, remote access, provisioning and performance monitoring systems. BringCom's Network Operations Center is located in Sterling, VA and is staffed 24 x 365 with desk and on-call field technicians. BringCom's NOC facility is engineered with multiple levels of security, uninterruptible power, redundant HVAC systems, as well as 24 x 7 monitoring and management.
