BringCom is pleased to announce the receipt of new contracts and extensions to current contracts for the provision of fiber optic services from Europe to North East Africa for Governmental requirements. Funded booking additions total $5.7 M with negotiated but unfunded additions totaling $18.6M. These contracts utilize BringCom’s extensive local partnerships in the region as the contracts include connectivity, construction of in-country fiber facilities and continuing maintenance activities by BringCom’s satellite network/fiber optic network capable 7X24X365 Network Operations Center (NOC). BringCom is currently bidding to additional carriers’ local large bandwidth fiber optic connections as well as satellite and ethernet links in the African and Middle Eastern regions.

BringCom is pleased to announce that it is adding an additional 100 sites to a network for a large West African computer manufacturer and service provider. This is a continuation of a multi-year relationship that has proven successful for both organizations. BringCom provides internet connectivity through its Teleport in Dulles, Virginia, USA for schools, government offices, small business and consumers as well as managing the network through its Network Operations Center for bandwidth and coordinating with its West African customer’s NOC for local end user customer network management, maintenance and service calls.

BringCom is pleased to announce that it has completed Phase 1 of a multi-year contract to provide VSAT site surveys, satellite repoint and maintenance services as a subcontractor to a International Satellite Carrier under a US Government prime contract. BringCom is utilizing its extensive network of local installers and its US based Network Operation Center expertise to provide these services in seventeen (17) African countries on local staff timeframes. The work has included local construction and supply of VSAT hardware.

BringCom Incorporated is pleased to announce that it has been selected by L3 Communications to supply network extensions to their corporate network to serve their IP services needs for their operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. These network extensions will provide network connectivity between their Madison, Mississippi operations of L3 Vertex Aerospace and their field operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Bringcom is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Qwest to be a Global Broadband Wireless Services provider for their NETWORX Enterprise and NETWORX Universal contracts with the US Federal Government. Each of these contracts is a 10 year contract for communications equipment and services to the US Federal Government and those who have the privilege of using these contracts as buying vehicles (state and local governments, educational institutions etc.) by the US Government General Services Agency (GSA).

Bringcom Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a GSA schedule from the General Services Administration of the US Federal Government. This is a major purchasing vehicle for the sales of its products and services to the US Federal Government and other entities which have the privilege of buying through this purchasing vehicle (state and local governments, educational institutions etc. Bringcom views this as a major step towards its continued penetration of the government market, both in the US and globally.

BringCom Inc. is pleased to announce that its satellite services have registered additional revenue of over $1M of new signed contracts during the first quarter of 2008. The new services will be provided mainly for Chevron/Shell in 4 West African countries, Sprint in the Caribbean’s, Swiftalk and AfriHub in Nigeria. “These are the first registered revenues of BringCom Inc., the company that resulted from the merger of LCN and BringCom LLC completed on December 28, 2007. “We are very pleased to announce that we are right on track with our 2008 projections” said Fabrice Langreney CEO/President of BringCom Inc. In addition, the company is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Bringcom Zambia is expanding its wireless network coverage from Ndola to Kitwe and Lusaka during the first two quarters of 2008. Finally, Bringcom signed two interconnection agreements with PTT’s in West Africa for origination and termination services.

BringCom Incorporated is pleased to announce that its satellite services have registered 100% growth during Q4 of 2007 with over $1.65 M of new signed contracts. The new services will be provided in Nigeria, Uganda and Sierra Leone for ISP’s and Oil and Mining Companies. “These results are from the combined sales efforts of the former Local Communications Network, Inc. ("LCN") and BringCom L.L.C. while the merger consolidation was underway.” said Gelu Chira, Vice President of Global Sales. It was announced previously that the merger of LCN and BringCom L.L.C. was completed on December 28, 2007. It is expected that the new company BringCom Incorporated will more than double its revenue in 2008.
